I always think of balance as the key to happiness. If you want to be happy, you have to do both. You can have a balance in one, or you can have a balance in two or three, but whatever you do, you have to do both.
balance is also a major determinant in health. The more you have in life the higher your health. If you are a health freak, you will do everything to the fullest degree possible to get the most from your life. However, if you are not a health freak, you will do less. So balance is a balance.
The only problem is, some people seem to have a hard time doing both at the same time. People who are health freaks are not always able to balance everything, even though they are trying to. People who are not health freaks seem to have a hard time balancing everything. Both balance and health is the key to happiness.
